Proposal fee models:
Fixed/Flat Fee Model
The fixed/flat fee is a value added option that enables the client to budget for the entire project. The fee doesn’t fluctuate with the candidate’s variable compensation demands.
Value Proposition Model
Fees can be incorporated into project bundles (multiple hires) as well as a specific search for a critical top talent hire.
